    I joined Wortmann KG as an IT Operations Manager. My role includes activities like operating, expanding and optimising the IT infrastructure in redundant data centres, second level support, designing, developing and implementing projects, and determining and integrating technical requirements from the departments.

    The varied activities mean that I face new challenges every day. I especially value the way the colleagues stick together.

    I find the trust that Wortmann as an employer puts in its staff's skills truly special. As well as flat hierarchies and individual opportunities for further training, the working environment is always pleasant.

    The first Wortmann family day was a unique experience I will never forget. It was just a great event for the whole family!
