What is your job title and what activities are behind it?
I work as a Brand Manager for Wortmann's Tamaris brand and I am responsible for the strategic brand orientation and the development of a holistic, international communication strategy. The variety of my tasks is characterised by the design of new sub-brands in interaction with product management and sales, as well as the constant monitoring of corporate design specifications.

What brought you to Wortmann?
It was a member of my family who told me about Wortmann. The name was familiar to me – Wortmann is known as a great employer in the region. That is why I decided to sign up for a dual degree programme in Business Administration at Wortmann and the FHDW in Bielefeld. After graduating, I joined the Marketing department.

What makes your work special?
The thing I most enjoy about my job is the variety. My tasks offer new challenges every day and are particularly attractive due to their varied nature. I especially appreciate the cross-departmental exchange and the fast dynamics to push new topics forward.

What is Wortmann like as an employer?
It is like a family, with close contact among staff. The demands on every individual are high at Wortmann – we are constantly tackling new challenges. We never stand still and are always looking for new things.

Young, friendly, challenging

Tell us about a unique Wortmann experience you have had.
There are many! I think the campaign production in Barcelona was particularly exciting, but I am also very proud of the development of new collection components such as NEWD.Tamaris.
