What is your job title and what activities are behind it?
My job title is: Retail Area Assistant. My job is to look after the shops of our system partners and their employees and to support them.

What brought you to Wortmann?
I started as a Store Manager at the store in Minden and after a year I moved to the head office in Detmold and the Retail division. I then transferred to the Retail Area Team and now work in the field service. For the time in the head office, as well as now in the field service, the experience in the store offers a great benefit to understand the processes and background of the procedures in the stores and to be able to work effectively.

What makes your work special?
The role of Retail Area Assistant is very varied. You meet a lot of different people, you are in a different city every day and you never know what challenge is waiting for you next.
